A birthday party at the YMCA of the Twin Tiers is a great way for children, teens, adults and seniors to celebrate their special day and create lasting memories with family and friends. We provide a dynamic and engaging day of activities while relieving you of the stress that comes along with planning everything yourself. Our “no mess, no stress” approach to parties allows you to choose from a wide range of activities and then we will handle all the big elements of the party, from setup to clean up. We offer a large variety of rooms and equipment to choose from.

Olean Party Packages Parties are schedule for two hours. One hour of chosen activity and one hour in a private party room for food and opening gifts.
POOL (All Ages) Make a splash in the pool! Play games, work on your swimming strokes Please bring swim suit and a towel. Member Price: $175 Non-Member Price: $200 GYM C SPACE (Kindergarten - Adult) Rent out one of our gyms to do an activity of your own. Call to schedule your today! Member Price: $150 Non-Member Price: $175 GYM INFLATABLES Choose from the "slider" 48-foot obstacle course that children and adults can climb, slide and play on or the "bounce house" inflatable. 		LASER TAG (Ages 7 to Adult) Your party will have use of gyms A & B with laser tag equipment and obstacles (and instruction) for one hour. Member Price: $200 Non-Member Price: $225 SPORTS PARTY (Kindergarten - Adult) Choose between basketball, soccer, hockey, football, and dodgeball. Have the court set up like a real game with a referee! Member Price: $150 Non-Member Price: $175 SPORT ACTIVITY WALL This sport wall comes with dozens of games and relays to keep kids entertained. SMALL INFLATABLE IN GYM Two hour party in the gym with small inflatable for toddlers through children up to 6 years old. Member Price: $175 + tax Non-Member Price: $225 + tax GYM/SPORTS PARTY Rental of the gym for two hours to play basketball or other sports/activities. Member Price: $175 Non-Member Price: $225 Gym parties are all in the gym, tables are set up in the gym for food and festivities. POOL PARTY* One hour of swimming and one hour in the party room/teen center. (25 swimmers max) Member: $190 Non-Member: $225

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: • Parties should be reserved at least two (2) weeks prior to the requested date. Spaces fill quickly. • A $50 deposit is due with reservation. • Balance must be paid in full one week prior to party. • Deposit will be sent back if you cancel the party in writing at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date. Canceling within 3 days or a “no show” on the date of rental will result in a full loss of any fees paid. • Birthday party price includes birthday child and 25 friends. Additional fees may be charged based on number of participants. • Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the Olean Family YMCA or on the grounds. • The Olean Family YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. • We do our best to keep the most current prices on our website, however, prices are subject to change. Please call to confirm prices with the YMCA prior to booking your party.
